Roy Dorantes is an Imperial Valley multimedia artist – filmmaker, author, stage actor, journalist, local television producer, videographer, grant writer, motivational speaker, and cultural organizer. His works include dramatic stage performances on social issues such as gang violence, the dangers of migration, the meaning of romantic relationships, and climate change which he took on tour along both sides of the border between 2010-2014.

Anthony De La Cruz, a native of Brawley, California, has taken a unique and inspiring path into the world of acting. After high school, he moved to San Diego and explored the corporate world before returning to his creative roots. Initially pursuing a career in music, he performed at legendary venues like the House of Blues in San Diego and the Troubadour in Hollywood. He recorded at iconic studios such as Wessex and worked alongside music legends, gaining invaluable experience despite frequent setbacks in band collaborations. These early artistic ventures laid the groundwork for his unexpected but fulfilling transition into acting at the age of 40.
